Janaka has 14 years Commercial experience in the IT industry. He has
led and worked in teams as CRM designer, business analyst and data
consultant. Having been a key data team lead in one of the
world’s largest and most prestigious Siebel projects (IBM/Rabobank):
Janaka began to look at how secure and policy driven linking of
solutions through the internet and intranets could aid the process of
data capture, knowledge share and ultimately customer satisfaction.
Oliver Kemmis (Director)
Oliver graduated from the University of Leeds and moved directly to the Systems Integration arm of British Telecom. Oliver has over 10 years experience in integrating systems and communication services within communities and the enterprise. Oliver began talking with Janaka about the ability to link communities and systems through single logins and the Federated Internet Idea was formed.
Andrew Gray (Senior Software Developer)
Andy is Senior Software Developer with over 10 years commercial experience in software development working with Java and its associated technologies.
Over the past few years Andy has streamlined our development with test driven agile implementations. Through practical application he has led our understanding on how this emerging methodology can lead to significant benefits in quality and productivity.
Leon Roy (Senior Software Developer)
Leon is a senior software developer with over 7 years experience in Java, PHP and SQL.
As well as writing software Leon has been a systems integrator with over 11 years experience building mail, telephony, network and storage solutions utilising Linux and FreeBSD.
With a deep understanding of both software and systems Leon has enabled us to build robust and well designed software products that scale and perform.
